Space Gorilla 

CHALLENGE:
To re-imagine a portion of the human body in a unique way – for a New Media class project called “Exquisite Corpse”

STRATEGY:
I created an imaginative design of a head, combining parts of two different animals within a human-made helmet.

Screw-Head Shark

CHALLENGE:
Another design for class project, “Exquisite Corpse”

STRATEGY:
Here I created a comedic, ‘cartoonesque’ shark, with a missing head that has come unscrewed.

A Different Way To Descend 

CHALLENGE:
To create a mix-media composition using photography and original graphic design overlay.

STRATEGY:
Over a black/white photograph, I spliced together several other photographs – taken at the same spot – that were overlaid with different textures and aesthetics designs to a create a distinct and surreal mood for the composition.

Logo: Crank Monkey Racing

CHALLENGE:
To design a logo and race jersey for an Enduro mountain bike racer

STRATEGY:
The logo references the racer’s nickname “monkey” and the crank of the bike’s gearing system. The colors reference this bike racer’s love of the old Gulf Racing colors of LeMans.

Product Design and Promotion:  J.E.T. Design

CHALLENGE:
To design a promotion poster for a skateboard product

STRATEGY:
The graphic design reflects the skateboard’s materials, which were re-used pieces of metal from old machines.

Client Projects 

Worked as part of a digital team for two different firms, completing graphic design projects for presentations and website integration. Designed in Wordpress (Divi theme) to create and update websites.
